Flat 2 is located on the first floor of the development and benefited from a large roof terrace adjoining the property. The roof terrace was landscaped with the addition of timber decking and extensive planting.
The stone facade and mullioned windows overlooking the terrace were restored by local Stone Specialists N.E.W Stone using traditional techniques.
Inside the property the low ceilings and original 17th century beams have been retained to help create a cottage feel to the apartment.
